Though Copenhagen Fashion Week can seen like it’s only for fashion insiders, the Copenhagen Fashion Festival is bringing information about the Danish and global fashion industries to a wider audience. Some events are free, some are ticketed, but all are open.
Here’s what on from August 5th – 9th around the city.

The Green Walk
In association with NICEprojects, Copenhagen Fashion Week has put together a list of shops that carry at least one sustainable fashion brand. Sustainability in fashion is still controversial – what does it even mean? Whether it’s about organic materials, ethical working conditions, or recycling, it’s important to talk about what ethical shopping looks like. Take a look through these boutiques as a way to get started.
