There’s almost too much good design in Copenhagen. With plenty of enticing single-brand stores (like the excellent Normann Copenhagen or Georg Jensen) and department stores (Illums Bolighus), it would be easy to overlook the smaller, highly-selective multi-brand interior design stores. But that’s where lots of the local design lives, from artists to ceramicists to lighting designers. Though there are many special spots in the city, a few stand out above the rest for their products, design, and curation.

One of the best places in Copenhagen to find small artists and local designers, Designer Zoo is actually a large collective of artisans that sell in the shop. The ceramics in particular are fantastic!
