Copenhagen Fashion Week, which takes place 2nd – 4th February for autumn-winter 2021, faces a dilemma this season. How do you get the industry excited about fashion week when it’s still not really safe to have large gatherings, i.e. in-person runway shows? The answer is a blend of physical and digital shows, events, and talks that speak to the problems that fashion is currently dealing with, both pandemic-related and otherwise.
Regardless of the format of fashion week this season, there’s one thing we know for sure: there are designers worth knowing about! That includes a recent graduate getting at first shot at her runway show, as well as seasoned favorites that still manage to make each collection exciting.
Here are the designers to know for Copenhagen Fashion Week this season:
Nynne
Danish designer Nynne Kunde’s eponymous line is all about blending clean silhouettes with glamorous, dramatic elements and bold color. This is the new Scandinavian look: powerful, sophisticated, and grown up, without losing a sense of joy.

This Swedish brand will be showing for the first time at Copenhagen Fashion Week. Creating classic menswear that always has a satorial twist, Schnayderman’s focuses on high-quality and ethical production.

Stine Goya
As Stine Goya’s colorful, playful brand evolves, it’s becoming less about Goya herself and more about the inclusive, fun universe that she’s founded. We’re excited to see the next iteration of Stine Goya at this season’s digital event.

Malaikaraiss
Berlin-based cult-favorite fashion brand Malaikaraiss, launched by designer Malaika Raiss, takes inspiration from art and design. It’s polished and high-end, with sculptural lines and poetic details. The brand also produces jewelry, all of which is made in a family-owned factory in Germany.

Want to look fresh while staying active? 7 Days Active is your brand. Founded by Malkit Singh and Anders Degn, the brand is inspired by a range of different athletes and sports, and it shows in their functional line.
